Resume & Motivation Letter

Trust us, we know how exciting it can be to finally find your dream job and submit your application. But be careful not to rush it.  Take the time to check your grammar, name and contact details, and write a chronological history of your previous jobs including a brief description of your responsibilities and relevant achievements. 

The perfect candidate crafts a clear, well-structured document that concisely gets the message across. Think of your resume as a sneak preview of your work experiences instead of a trilogy. Highlight the work experiences that are most relevant to the role and fit the specific job requirements. Don’t be afraid to showcase your accomplishments and how you’ve impacted previous employers. For example, summarise the challenges you’ve faced, and how you’ve managed and overcame them. What did you learn from it?

Interviews can be nerve wracking, but we’ll do our best to make you feel at ease. Be sure to come prepared with examples that demonstrate your skills and experience that apply to the role. As we’re a data-driven company, we’re looking for examples that demonstrate your abilities. 

Next to data, curiosity is key. Don’t hesitate to fire off any questions that prove your understanding of the role’s responsibilities and challenges. Gather the information you need to make a well informed decision if you’re offered the position, and above all, be yourself.
