Throughout the recruitment process you will be supported by your dedicated recruiter. You will have the chance to virtually meet different colleagues from our partner services in our various sites in Germany. We are looking for collaborative relationship-builders, so be prepared to interact with the hiring team as well as your potential peers.

What will you be doing?

  • Living and working in Germany, in a hybrid environment, offering flexibility to work from either a local office or from home. 
  • Own your individual portfolio of between 250 – 400 partners and be in charge of nurturing and growing the relationship with them. 
  • Analysis of the local market landscape, to share untapped opportunities with your partners. 
  • Create “win-win” value for partners by matching their specific needs to the relevant Booking.com offerings and present these in a convincing and compelling way  
  • Lead regular performance reviews with your partners and help them tailor the right strategy for their personalized needs.

Interview with recruiter

We’re ready to get to know you better. One of our recruiters is going to schedule a phone interview with yourself to learn about your skills and past experiences. This is also your opportunity to get more insights about Booking.com, the role itself and ask any questions you may have.

Business Interview

You’ve made it through the first step! Next, you will complete a 60 minute online interview with two Senior Account Managers in Germany. If successful, you will be invited to a final round: 90 minutes with two different Account Managers and two future peers. Expect to complete and discuss a sample business case, which will be sent to you in advance. 

Feedback / Offer

Now it’s time for both of us to make a decision. We strive to come back to all of our candidates with feedback as soon as we can after the interview process is completed. Whether you’re going to receive an offer or not, our recruiter remains your main point of contact to address any questions you may have.
